We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Head Counter Sales Associate to join our premium chocolate and gelato retail team in Mushaireb, Qatar. As part of Venchi’s expanding presence in the region, you will lead the counter operations, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service, and consistent product presentation. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to guide and support a diverse team. You will oversee POS transactions, maintain stock levels, and promote Venchi’s artisanal products with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead counter operations and coordinate daily workflow.
  • Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and accuracy.
  • Provide product recommendations and upsell effectively.
  • Maintain stock levels, product freshness, and display standards.
  • Support, guide, and motivate counter staff to deliver top‑tier service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage counter operations in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent product knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
