🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations across assigned venues
• Develop innovative menus, seasonal specials, and signature dishes
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise the culinary team to maintain high performance
• Oversee food costing, inventory control, and waste management
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with management on menu engineering and operational planning
• Monitor kitchen workflow to ensure efficiency during peak service
• Support recruitment and development of kitchen staff

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior culinary role, including Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Strong background in high‑volume, premium dining environments
• Expertise in menu creation, costing, and kitchen management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
• Creativity, passion, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
