Al Ghurair Mobility — Cars Services is growing its retail sales teams across the UAE. We are looking for energetic, customer‑focused Executive — Retail Sales to represent our brand at showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, convert leads into sales, and deliver an outstanding buying experience.

Role details

  • Locations: Dubai; Abu Dhabi
  • Employment type: Full time
  • Reporting to: Manager — Retail Showroom
  • Primary objective: Meet individual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers, qualify needs, and guide them through product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Convert showroom leads and walk‑ins into confirmed sales while achieving monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using the CRM system.
  • Present pricing, finance, and warranty options clearly and professionally; assist customers through the negotiation and documentation process.
  • Coordinate with Parts, Aftersales, and Workshop teams to ensure smooth handovers and post‑sale support.
  • Promote add‑ons, accessories, and service packages to maximize transaction value.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle display standards, and product knowledge.
  • Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives as required.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues to the showroom manager for resolution.
  • Provide timely sales reports and updates to the Manager — Retail Showroom.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in automotive retail sales, consumer retail, or related customer‑facing sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Valid UAE work authorization and UAE driving license preferred.

Skills and competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first attitude.
  • Persuasive negotiator with confidence in presenting commercial options.
  • Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple customer interactions daily.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with showroom and aftersales colleagues.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
