Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to launch a new era of luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra blends holistic wellbeing with exceptional culinary craftsmanship. As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen who will support the execution of high‑quality dishes and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional looking to grow within a refined, fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with senior chefs to prepare hot dishes, maintain consistency, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and cooking hot dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing the hot kitchen section and daily mise en place
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated following HACCP guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the hot kitchen at all times
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and consistent food quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Demi CDP or Commis Chef in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong foundational cooking skills and understanding of hot kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
