Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs de partie with food preparation, portioning, and basic cooking tasks
  • Support the smooth running of the section during service and daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all workstations
  • Follow recipes, plating guides, and portion specifications consistently
  • Learn and develop culinary techniques under the guidance of senior kitchen staff

Requirements

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent training preferred, but not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
