Housekeeping Team Leader Jobs in Dubai – AURA Skypool, Palm Jumeirah
AURA Skypool is hiring a Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee cleanliness standards across one of Dubai’s most photographed venues on the 50th floor of The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. With guests arriving throughout the day for timed pool sessions, presentation and turnaround speed are critical to the AURA experience.
In this role you will supervise and schedule the housekeeping attendants, conduct quality checks across pool decks, lounges, changing rooms and back-of-house areas, and manage supplies, linen and equipment. You will also train new team members and coordinate with maintenance and operations on any issues. The position suits a detail-driven housekeeping professional with supervisory experience who leads by example and can keep standards consistently high in a busy, high-turnover environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping attendants
- Conduct regular quality inspections of pool decks, lounges, changing rooms, restrooms and BOH areas
- Ensure fast, efficient turnaround of the venue between guest sessions
- Manage linen, towels, amenities, cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, chemicals and safety procedures
- Report maintenance and safety issues and follow up with relevant departments
- Maintain checklists, cleaning logs and reports for management review
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ housekeeping experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-leader role
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high cleanliness standards
- Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a housekeeping team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and health and safety procedures
- Good organisational and time-management skills for fast turnarounds
- Good spoken English and clear communication across departments
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
