Housekeeping Attendant Jobs in Dubai – AURA Skypool, Palm Jumeirah
AURA Skypool is hiring Housekeeping Attendants to help maintain the pristine standards guests expect at Dubai’s world-famous rooftop infinity pool at The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. With sessions running throughout the day, the housekeeping team plays a vital role in keeping every area spotless and guest-ready.
You will clean and maintain pool decks, lounge areas, changing rooms, restrooms and public spaces, restock towels and amenities, and support fast turnarounds between guest sessions. You will follow set cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols, and report any maintenance or safety issues to your team leader. The role suits a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential — full training is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain pool decks, sunbeds, lounge areas, changing rooms and restrooms
- Restock guest amenities including towels, toiletries and supplies throughout the day
- Support fast turnaround and reset of the venue between guest sessions
- Follow daily cleaning schedules, checklists and hygiene protocols consistently
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Report maintenance, damage or safety issues to the Housekeeping Team Leader
- Assist other departments with cleanliness needs during peak hours
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented with pride in high standards
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods in an outdoor environment
- Basic understanding of hygiene, cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
