Infini Concepts is looking for a hardworking, passionate, and eager‑to‑learn Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at our vibrant Italian dining concept in Dubai. As a Commis, you will play a vital role in supporting daily kitchen operations, assisting senior chefs with preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are at the early stages of their culinary career and are committed to developing their skills in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen environment. You will be responsible for basic food preparation, mise‑en‑place, stock rotation, and ensuring your workstation is always clean and ready for service. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about food — especially Italian cuisine — this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a forward‑thinking hospitality group that values talent, teamwork, and continuous learning. Applicants must be currently based in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and cooking tasks.
  • Maintain mise‑en‑place and ensure readiness for service.
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards accurately.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant in a restaurant environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for culinary growth.
