Pera Palace is seeking a hardworking and motivated Commi to join our culinary team in Dubai. As a Commi, you will support senior chefs in daily tasks, assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen. Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation and mise en place
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food‑handling standards at all times
• Support cooking, plating, and portioning tasks as instructed
• Store ingredients properly and monitor freshness
• Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment
