Chef de Partie – Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to introduce a new era of luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra blends holistic wellbeing with exceptional culinary artistry. As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie who will take ownership of their section and contribute to delivering a world‑class dining experience.
This role requires a culinary professional with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency in a high‑standards environment. You will be responsible for preparing dishes to perfection, supporting menu execution, and ensuring that every plate reflects Sacra’s commitment to excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Manage your assigned kitchen section, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Assist in menu execution, mise en place, and daily operational planning
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times
  • Support junior staff with guidance, training, and quality control

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi CDP in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
