Senior Sales Executive – Wellfit Masaar

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to help drive membership sales as Wellfit Masaar prepares to open its doors. This role goes beyond individual targets — you’ll also mentor junior sales executives and help build the sales culture of a brand-new club from scratch. You’ll manage a full sales pipeline, from outreach and referrals to community events and club tours, converting prospects into long-term members. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in target-driven sales, ideally within fitness, wellness, or another membership-based business, who is confident, organized, and comfortable working with CRM tools. If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and want to take a leadership step within a growing sales team, this pre-opening role offers real ownership and visibility from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members through outreach, referrals, and community events
• Mentor and support junior sales executives on the team
• Conduct club tours and consultations to convert prospects into members
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or membership-based business
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• UAE sales experience strongly preferred
