Masaar is unlike anywhere else in the UAE: a green spine of jogging tracks and cycling paths threads through the entire community, alongside a lagoon pool, padel and basketball courts, a duck pond, and the Zad food truck park — step outside Wellfit Masaar and you’re surrounded by trees, not traffic. This is a rare pre-opening opportunity for hospitality, fitness, sales, and technical professionals in Sharjah and across the UAE to join Wellfit from day one and help shape a club rather than simply join one that’s already running. We’re currently hiring across nine roles spanning product, member experience, sales, coaching, and facilities — from a Product Manager who will help define how members interact with the club, to Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors who will lead sessions on the ground. Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements by Role
1. Product Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for the member app and in-club digital experience
- Gather member and staff feedback to prioritize features that improve engagement and retention
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and tech teams to launch new initiatives
- Track product performance metrics and report on adoption, usage, and member satisfaction
- Coordinate pre-opening product setup, including booking systems, access control, and membership tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within fitness, wellness, or lifestyle tech
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to guide decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; UAE experience preferred
2. Member Experience Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the member experience team to deliver a consistently welcoming, high-quality club experience
- Design and implement member onboarding, retention, and engagement programs
- Handle escalated member queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor member satisfaction scores and implement service improvements
- Train and coach front-line member experience staff on service standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing a member-facing or guest-facing team, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or premium retail
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
3. Senior Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members through outreach, referrals, and community events
- Mentor and support junior sales executives on the team
- Conduct club tours and consultations to convert prospects into members
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or membership-based business
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
- UAE sales experience strongly preferred
4. Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into Wellfit Masaar members
- Conduct club tours, explain membership packages, and close sales
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely manner
- Support community outreach and promotional activities to build local awareness
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
5. Strength & Conditioning Coach
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver strength and conditioning programs for members of varying fitness levels
- Conduct fitness assessments and set individualized training goals
- Lead group and one-on-one strength training sessions safely and effectively
- Educate members on proper technique to prevent injury and maximize results
- Stay current with strength and conditioning best practices and certifications
Requirements:
- Recognized certification in strength & conditioning (e.g., NSCA-CSCS or equivalent)
- Prior coaching experience in a gym, sports, or performance setting
- Strong knowledge of program design, periodization, and injury prevention
- Excellent motivational and communication skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
6. Personal Trainer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized one-on-one and small-group training sessions
- Assess member fitness levels and design tailored workout plans
- Track member progress and adjust programs to achieve results
- Promote personal training packages and build a loyal client base
- Ensure a safe, clean, and motivating training environment
Requirements:
- Recognized personal training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, REPs, or equivalent)
- Prior experience training clients, ideally in a UAE gym or club setting
- Strong sales ability to grow a personal training client base
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
7. Fitness Instructor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging group fitness classes across a variety of formats
- Motivate members of all fitness levels to participate safely and effectively
- Maintain class schedules and ensure studios are set up and ready on time
- Build member rapport to drive class attendance and loyalty
- Stay updated on new class formats and fitness trends
Requirements:
- Recognized group fitness or instructor certification
- Prior experience teaching group fitness classes
- High energy, strong stage presence, and excellent communication skills
- Passion for fitness and member motivation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
8. Member Experience Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests, delivering a friendly and professional front-desk experience
- Handle check-ins, membership inquiries, and general member requests
- Support membership sign-ups, renewals, and administrative processes
- Address member questions and escalate issues to management when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and club area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front-desk role
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using membership management or POS systems
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
9. Service Technician
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gym equipment and club facilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize equipment downtime
- Conduct regular safety checks on equipment, pools, and mechanical systems
- Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with external contractors as needed
- Ensure the club consistently meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities or equipment maintenance, ideally in a gym or hospitality setting
- Working knowledge of gym equipment, electrical, and plumbing basics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues, including flexible hours
- Relevant technical certification is an advantage
