Duties & Responsibilities
Housekeeping Coordinator
- Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and assign tasks to attendants across guest floors
- Track room status updates and liaise with the front office for check-in/check-out readiness
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
- Handle guest requests and follow up on maintenance or special cleaning needs
- Prepare housekeeping reports and support the executive housekeeper with administrative duties
Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to brand guidelines
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly
- Restock housekeeping trolleys and manage cleaning supplies efficiently
- Ensure guest privacy and safety protocols are followed at all times
Waiter / Waitress
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service etiquette
- Handle billing, payments, and guest feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area before and after service
Bartender
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guest and brand standards
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and enhance their experience
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment hygiene
- Follow responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations
- Manage cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift inventory reconciliation
F&B Captain
- Supervise waitstaff during service to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage order flow and timing
- Train and mentor junior F&B team members on service standards
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues where needed
- Monitor outlet setup, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards
Requirements
Housekeeping Coordinator
- Previous experience in a housekeeping coordinator or supervisory role, preferably in a hotel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Housekeeping Attendant
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
Waiter / Waitress
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility with shift schedules, including evenings and weekends
Bartender
- Proven bartending experience, ideally in a hotel or upscale F&B outlet
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to work evening and late-night shifts
F&B Captain
- Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage service, hotel experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills

- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility to work varied shifts based on business needs
