We are looking for skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) professionals to join our culinary team. As a CDP, you will take ownership of your section, ensure consistent food quality, and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role is ideal for chefs who are detail‑oriented, disciplined, and eager to grow within a dynamic, creative, and supportive environment. 🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section independently
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to brand standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the section
• Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and mise en place planning
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and support inventory control
• Train and guide Commis and junior team members
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

✅ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Solid background in high‑volume or premium dining environments
• Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and speed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• HACCP certification is an advantage
