Bellman – Rove Hotels, Dubai
Rove Hotels is hiring a Bellman to join its Front Office team in Dubai. As one of the first and last people guests see, you will set the tone for their stay with a warm welcome, a helping hand and plenty of good energy. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities and help with taxis, directions and local tips. Your friendly, can-do attitude will make arrivals and departures smooth and memorable for travellers from every corner of the world. Working alongside the front desk and lobby team, you will help keep the entrance area safe, tidy and welcoming. Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage to and from rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and introduce room features and hotel facilities.
- Support guests with taxi bookings, directions and general information.
- Keep the lobby and entrance area tidy, safe and presentable.
- Follow luggage storage, tagging and security procedures at all times.
- Report guest requests or safety concerns to the Front Office team promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bellman, porter or in a guest-facing role is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely.
- Neat appearance and a warm, helpful manner.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
