Host / Hostess – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is hiring Hosts and Hostesses to create a warm, elegant first impression at its Dubai venue. You will greet guests as they arrive, check reservations, manage waiting lists and guide each party to the right table with a smile. You will work with the Head Hostess, reservations team and floor staff to keep seating balanced and waiting times short, while answering questions about the venue and menu. Good presentation, confidence and a friendly personality are essential. If you enjoy meeting people and want to build a career in hospitality with an expanding group, this front-line role is a strong place to start or to continue growing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and farewell guests with a warm, professional manner
  • Check reservations and seat guests according to the floor plan
  • Answer phone calls and enquiries about bookings and the venue
  • Manage walk-ins and waiting lists politely and efficiently
  • Keep the host stand and entrance area neat and well presented

Requirements

  • Previous host or hostess experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Friendly, calm and professional with guests
  • Good spoken English; other languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, evenings and weekends
