💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to brand standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of spirits, mixers, and bar techniques.
• Engage guests with friendly, confident, and professional service.
• Ensure bar setup, stock levels, and mise‑en‑place are maintained throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborate with barbacks and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests, recommendations, and service recovery when needed.
• Assist in developing seasonal drinks and menu enhancements.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high‑volume or casual dining venue.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety or bar certification is an advantage.
