GAIA London, one of the city’s most celebrated Mediterranean dining destinations, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our exceptional bar team. As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, preparing signature beverages, engaging with guests, and contributing to the vibrant energy that defines GAIA’s bar culture.
This role is ideal for a passionate mixologist who thrives in a luxury, fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering drinks that are as visually stunning as they are flavourful. You will work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure seamless operations, uphold GAIA’s high standards, and create memorable moments for every guest who takes a seat at the bar.

💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to GAIA’s recipes and standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques.
• Engage guests with warm, confident, and personalised service.
• Ensure bar setup, stock levels, and mise‑en‑place are maintained throughout service.
• Collaborate with the barback and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in menu development, seasonal cocktails, and beverage presentations.
• Handle guest requests, recommendations, and service recovery with professionalism.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury or high‑volume venue.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
