Barista – Mystic Mist, Downtown Dubai

Mystic Mist – House of Rituals, a premium lounge opening in Downtown Dubai, is hiring a skilled Barista to join its founding team. Set against the backdrop of the Burj Khalifa, Mystic Mist offers guests a refined, ritual-driven hospitality experience, and its coffee program is a key part of that story. As Barista, you will prepare specialty beverages with precision and craft, while engaging guests with genuine warmth and product knowledge. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your coffee expertise to a brand-new Downtown Dubai destination and help set its beverage standards from day one. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, an eye for consistency and presentation, and a passion for creating memorable guest moments through coffee. If you take pride in your craft behind the bar, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare specialty coffee and beverages to Mystic Mist’s quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee/bar station
  • Engage guests with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
  • Manage stock levels and report supply needs in a timely manner
  • Ensure consistency and presentation across every drink served

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee or hospitality setting
  • Solid knowledge of espresso-based beverages and latte art a plus
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
