Bar Back preopening

Topgolf Abu Dhabi is preparing for an exciting pre‑opening launch, and we are looking for hardworking, energetic, and detail‑oriented Bar Backs to support our bar operations from day one. As part of the pre‑opening team, you will play a crucial role in setting up the bar, organizing stock, preparing workstations, and ensuring the bar is fully equipped for a successful opening. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy working behind the scenes, and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization. As a Bar Back, you will work closely with bartenders and the bar leadership team, contributing to smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑opening bar setup, including stock organization and equipment preparation
• Restock beverages, garnishes, ice, and supplies throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, shelves, tools, and glassware
• Support bartenders with basic preparation tasks and service needs
• Ensure storage areas are organized and inventory is rotated properly

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a bar support or similar role
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and restock supplies during busy operations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
