Assistant Procurement Manager – Gastro-Naut Hospitality, Dubai

Gastro-Naut Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Manager to support the sourcing and purchasing function across its growing portfolio of restaurant and lounge brands in Dubai. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior management to secure the best quality ingredients, beverages and operational supplies at competitive pricing, while keeping vendor relationships strong and supply chains running smoothly. It’s a role that sits at the intersection of numbers and hospitality — you’ll need sharp negotiation instincts, a solid grip on cost control, and the organizational discipline to keep multiple venues stocked and running without a hitch. As Gastro-Naut continues to expand its brand portfolio, this is an opportunity to help build procurement processes that scale with the business, working alongside a creative, fast-moving team that values initiative and ownership. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of food, beverage and operational supplies
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance and pricing
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid shortages
  • Ensure purchases align with budget, quality standards and food safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders and supplier contracts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in hospitality/F&B
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage cost control principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/inventory software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
