Runner Jobs in Dubai – AURA Skypool, Palm Jumeirah
AURA Skypool is looking for energetic Runners to join its service team at The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. Runners are the engine of service at AURA — keeping food and drinks moving quickly and accurately between the kitchen, bar and sunbeds so guests never wait.
In this role you will deliver orders to the correct tables and loungers, support waiters with setup and clearing, and keep service stations clean, stocked and organised throughout the shift. You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and floor teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where communication and speed matter. Previous F&B experience is helpful but not essential — what counts most is a positive attitude, physical stamina and a genuine willingness to learn. This is a great entry point into Dubai’s lifestyle hospitality scene.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to tables and sunbeds
- Support waiters and waitresses with table setup, clearing and turnover between sessions
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure correct and timely order delivery
- Keep service stations, trays and equipment clean, stocked and organised
- Assist with restocking linen, cutlery, glassware and supplies during service
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and handling procedures
- Support colleagues across the floor wherever needed during peak service
Requirements
- Previous F&B, runner or busser experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long shifts in an outdoor rooftop environment
- Positive, energetic attitude with a strong team-player mindset
- Good basic English and clear communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order delivery
- Willingness to learn and grow within a premium hospitality brand
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
