As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee service flow, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll be a mentor on the floor, a problem-solver during peak hours, and a key contributor to the brand’s culture. From ensuring smooth shifts to supporting training, inventory, and guest relations, your leadership will directly influence the success of the venue. Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Venue Manager in daily operations and shift management.
- Lead and motivate FOH teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and assist with training and development.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (F&B preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, professional, and reliable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
