As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee service flow, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll be a mentor on the floor, a problem-solver during peak hours, and a key contributor to the brand’s culture. From ensuring smooth shifts to supporting training, inventory, and guest relations, your leadership will directly influence the success of the venue. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue Manager in daily operations and shift management.
  • Lead and motivate FOH teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance and assist with training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (F&B preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, professional, and reliable.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
