As part of our culinary team, you will craft artisanal pizzas using fresh ingredients, manage dough preparation, and ensure consistency in every dish served. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian-style pizzas using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.
• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, portioning, and oven operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and new pizza creations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in an Italian restaurant or café.
• Strong knowledge of dough handling, stretching, and wood/gas oven operation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for Italian cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Culinary certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
