Artisan Pizza Chef – Signature Koffea Café (Italian Concept)

Signature Koffea Café is expanding its authentic Italian café concept across Abu Dhabi, bringing handcrafted pizzas, gourmet pastries, and specialty coffee to the UAE. We are seeking a talented Artisan Pizza Chef who is passionate about Italian cuisine, skilled in traditional pizza‑making techniques, and committed to delivering exceptional quality. As part of our culinary team, you will craft artisanal pizzas using fresh ingredients, manage dough preparation, and ensure consistency in every dish served. This role is ideal for a creative chef who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working with premium ingredients. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare authentic Italian-style pizzas using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.
  • Manage dough preparation, fermentation, portioning, and oven operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and new pizza creations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in an Italian restaurant or café.
  • Strong knowledge of dough handling, stretching, and wood/gas oven operation.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for Italian cuisine.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Culinary certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
