Are you a passionate hospitality leader eager to be part of a luxury dining brand making its international debut in Dubai? Tattu Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our pre-opening team, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in high-end, fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-opening preparations, ensuring operational readiness and team alignment.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Drive guest engagement, service innovation, and brand consistency.
  • Manage staff training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing and events teams to enhance brand visibility and guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong operational management, team leadership, and guest service expertise.
  • Ability to develop strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
