As an F&B Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, ensuring guests receive warm, professional service in our newly refurbished Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement: Provide a warm welcome and ensure outstanding service for all guests.
  • Beverage & Food Service: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, coffees, and snacks with precision and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of menu offerings to assist guests with their selections.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments accurately while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
  • Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Promotion & Upselling: Actively promote hotel facilities and services to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Communication: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Professionalism: Well-groomed and able to represent the hotel’s brand image.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
