Position: Visual Merchandiser (Male / Female)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for crafting impactful in-store experiences that bring our brand to life. Through thoughtful layout planning, seasonal displays, and merchandising execution, you’ll play a key role in increasing footfall and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute creative product displays across store locations
• Align merchandising with seasonal campaigns, marketing efforts, and brand strategy
• Ensure store layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and customer-friendly
• Monitor display effectiveness and update according to sales trends
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
• Train retail staff on visual merchandising standards when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (Home Décor or Fashion preferred)
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Open to relocation or working in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain
