Job Description:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and achieving sales targets in the Northern Emirates region. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, and driving growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales goals and targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and key markets to expand the company’s presence in the Northern Emirates.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, track performance, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to your team, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure the team is well-informed about the company’s products, promotions, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the FMCG industry.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Northern Emirates market, with the ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Valid UAE Driving License: Must be able to travel across the Northern Emirates to meet clients and visit key accounts.
