🧭 Duties & Responsibilities (Highlights)
Floor Supervisor – Male Section
- Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance
- Ensure guest privacy and service excellence
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate with management for scheduling and training
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Receptionist
- Welcome guests and manage reservations
- Handle phone and email inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing
- Coordinate with spa and F&B teams for seamless service
- Uphold brand presentation and hospitality standards
Waiter/Waitress
- Deliver attentive table service and menu knowledge
- Ensure guest satisfaction and timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas
- Support team during peak hours
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols
Runner
- Assist service team with food and beverage delivery
- Maintain efficiency between kitchen and floor
- Support setup and clearing of tables
- Ensure prompt service flow
- Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards
Spa Therapist
- Perform professional spa treatments and massages
- Ensure guest comfort and wellbeing
- Maintain treatment room hygiene and product inventory
- Recommend services and promote wellness programs

Banya/Spa Attendant
- Prepare and maintain Banya facilities
- Assist guests with rituals and amenities

- Offer personalized recommendations

🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in the applied position
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, spas, wellness resorts, or fine dining
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong passion for hospitality and wellness
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Russian-speaking candidates preferred
- Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
