Banya/Spa Attendant (Male/Female) – Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to launch a new era of luxury wellness in Dubai, inspired by authentic Banya traditions and elevated modern hospitality. As part of our pre‑opening team, we are seeking attentive, energetic, and service‑driven Banya/Spa Attendants (Male/Female) who will play a vital role in maintaining the ambience, cleanliness, and operational excellence of our spa facilities.
This role is essential in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. From preparing Banya rituals to maintaining pristine spa environments, you will contribute directly to the heart of Sacra’s wellness philosophy.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Banya facilities, including steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation areas
• Assist guests with rituals, amenities, and spa guidance while ensuring comfort and safety
• Monitor temperature, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across all spa areas
• Support therapists and reception teams with operational needs and guest flow
• Maintain inventory of towels, supplies, and spa essentials, ensuring readiness at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Attendant, Banya Attendant, or similar role in luxury spas, wellness clubs, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and spa operational standards
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and guest‑service etiquette
• Ability to work in a warm, humid environment and manage physically active tasks
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
