As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie – Grill who will support the grill section and contribute to delivering premium, perfectly executed dishes.
This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑standards kitchen environment. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie to prepare grilled items, manage mise en place, and maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking grilled dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
• Support the Chef de Partie in managing the grill station, including temperature control and mise en place
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated following HACCP guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the grill section at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and consistent food quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Demi CDP, Commis Chef, or Grill Cook in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong foundational grilling skills and understanding of meat handling and temperature control
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
