Waiter / Waitress – Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to introduce a new benchmark in luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra offers guests a holistic experience where wellness, relaxation, and culinary excellence come together.
As part of our pre‑opening team, we are seeking passionate, attentive, and service‑driven Waiters and Waitresses who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining journey. This role requires individuals who embody elegance, warmth, and professionalism — team members who understand the importance of timing, presentation, and genuine guest care.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional table service to all guests
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness, setup, and organization of dining areas
  • Upsell menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, private clubs, or premium hospitality environments
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Strong understanding of service etiquette, guest engagement, and fine‑dining standards
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver consistent service
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
