🎯 Duties & Responsibilities
Waiter / Waitress
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service
- Present menus, take orders, and upsell food and beverage items
- Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Head Waiter / Head Waitress
- Supervise and guide the service team during operations
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction targets are met
- Assist with training and onboarding new staff
- Manage table allocations and guest flow
- Support management in daily operational tasks
Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage guests with friendly and professional service
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Head Bartender
- Lead bar operations and supervise bartending staff
- Create and maintain beverage quality and presentation standards
- Train and mentor junior bartenders
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
- Ensure smooth bar operations during peak hours
Bar Back
- Support bartenders by restocking beverages and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, tools, and glassware
- Assist in basic beverage preparation
- Organize storage areas and maintain stock levels
- Ensure efficient bar operations during busy periods

- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
