Floor Supervisor – Male Section | Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to introduce a new era of luxury wellness in Dubai, inspired by authentic Banya traditions and elevated modern hospitality. As part of our pre‑opening team, we are seeking a highly professional and service‑driven Floor Supervisor – Male Section who will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one.
This position requires a leader who understands the nuances of premium spa operations, guest flow management, hygiene standards, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a refined environment, leads by example, and ensures that every guest interaction reflects the essence of Sacra — warmth, excellence, and wellbeing.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the male spa section, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Supervise attendants and operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance support
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa areas
• Coordinate with reception, therapists, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and maintaining service excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within luxury spas, wellness clubs, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and guest‑service etiquette
• Previous pre‑opening experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment with high attention to detail
