Waiter Waitress — Al Ain
PDL Coffee Co is hiring friendly, attentive Waiters / Waitresses for our Al Ain café. This front-of-house role focuses on delivering warm guest service, accurate order handling, and smooth table operations to create memorable café experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Service — Greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Table Management — Set and clear tables, maintain dining area cleanliness, and manage table turns efficiently.
• Order Coordination — Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar; follow up on special requests and ensure order accuracy.
• Upselling and Menu Knowledge — Recommend specials, beverages, and add-ons to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Cash Handling and POS — Process bills, handle payments, and assist with basic till reconciliation.
• Team Support — Assist colleagues during peak times, help with side work and prep tasks, and participate in cleaning duties.
• Health Safety and Cleanliness — Follow hygiene procedures and maintain a safe, sanitary service environment.
• Customer Feedback — Receive guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.

Requirements

• Experience — 0 to 2 years in front-of-house roles preferred; hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Skills — Friendly demeanor, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Qualifications — High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability — Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Language — Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes — Energetic, punctual, team-oriented, and guest-focused.
• Legal — Right to work in the UAE and ability to commute to Al Ain.
