Waiter / Waitress – Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi (Curio Collection by Hilton)

Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking friendly, attentive, and service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be the face of the dining experience, guiding guests through their meal from greeting to farewell while representing the hotel’s five-star standards at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant or banquet setting, and takes pride in delivering warm, accurate, and professional service. This role is well suited to candidates who enjoy guest interaction and want to grow their career within a globally recognized Hilton brand, with opportunities to develop toward supervisory F&B positions over time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service etiquette
• Handle billing, payments, and guest feedback professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area before and after service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility with shift schedules, including evenings and weekends
