Signature Koffea Café is expanding its authentic Italian café concept across Abu Dhabi, bringing handcrafted coffee, artisanal pizzas, and warm hospitality to the UAE. We are looking for enthusiastic and service‑driven Waiters / Waitresses who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and represent our Italian-inspired brand with professionalism and warmth. As part of our front‑of‑house team, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for guests, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere Signature Koffea Café is known for. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about hospitality. Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service to all guests.
• Present menu items, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle customer orders, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
