We’re seeking individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a warm, engaging personality.

As a Waiter or Waitress at Parlour Boutique, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests from the moment they walk in. Your role will involve taking and serving food and beverage orders, explaining menu items, offering recommendations, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

You’ll work closely with a team that values collaboration, efficiency, and elegance in everything we do. Whether it’s a quick coffee break, a business brunch, or a weekend breakfast with friends, we want every moment at Parlour Boutique to feel special — and your service will help make that happen.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly

  • Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials

  • Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints with care

  • Set up and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

  • Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service flow

  • Assist in opening, closing, and general upkeep duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role

  • Positive, friendly, and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
