We are hiring a Fine Dining Waiter / Waitress for an upscale restaurant in Doha, Qatar. This full‑time role seeks polished, service‑driven professionals who deliver refined table service, anticipate guest needs, and represent the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. Immediate joiners are preferred. Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Relations
  • Greet and escort guests, present menus, and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalise service to enhance the dining experience.
• Menu Expertise
  • Explain ingredients, cooking techniques, and daily specials with confidence.
  • Advise on wine and beverage pairings when required and communicate dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Precision Service
  • Take accurate orders, serve food and beverages using fine‑dining techniques, and maintain immaculate table settings.
  • Execute formal service sequences (cover setup, clearing, plated service, and dessert service) to standard.
• Operational Excellence
  • Maintain a spotless dining area; assist with side work, setup, and breakdown duties.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timing and presentation are flawless.
• Quality Control and Recovery
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Record and report feedback to supervisors to support continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience
  • Previous experience in a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant environment is required.
• Communication
  • Strong command of English; clear, courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
• Availability
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and special events; flexible shift patterns.
• Age Profile
  • Preference for candidates below 28 years for this specific team dynamic.
• Personal Attributes
  • Polished appearance, high attention to detail, excellent personal hygiene, and a professional demeanour.
  • Calm under pressure, team‑oriented, punctual, and reliable.
• Other
  • Eligible to work in Qatar. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
