Duties and Responsibilities
Food & Beverage
Outlet Supervisor
- Supervise daily outlet operations and brief the team before each shift
- Ensure service standards, hygiene and grooming are consistently met
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and stewarding teams for seamless service
- Support training, scheduling and performance of outlet staff
Shift Leader
- Lead and motivate the service team during assigned shifts
- Delegate tasks and monitor service flow during peak hours
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, setup and closing procedures
- Assist guests directly and escalate issues when needed
- Report shift activity and stock needs to the Outlet Supervisor
Waiters & Waitress
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks following hotel service standards
- Recommend menu items and explain ingredients and specials
- Keep tables, stations and service areas clean and well stocked
- Process payments and handle guest requests courteously
Hostess
- Welcome and seat guests warmly and efficiently
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists
- Answer phone and booking enquiries professionally
