Duties and Responsibilities
Food & Beverage
Outlet Supervisor (Italian Restaurant Experience)
- Lead the daily operation of the Italian restaurant and brief the team before every service
- Deliver a warm, polished Italian dining experience that matches the hotel’s service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and stewarding teams for smooth, well-timed service
- Train, schedule and motivate the outlet team while monitoring hygiene and grooming standards
Waiters & Waitresses
- Greet guests with a smile and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks following the hotel’s service sequence and standards
- Recommend dishes and drinks and explain menu items, ingredients and specials
- Keep tables, stations and service areas clean, set and well stocked
- Process bills and payments and respond to guest requests courteously
Bartender/Barista
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, coffee and specialty beverages to recipe standards
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks and create a welcoming bar and café atmosphere
- Set up, stock and maintain a clean, organised bar and coffee station
- Follow responsible service of alcohol, hygiene and safety procedures
- Handle orders, billing and payments accurately
Runner
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables quickly and correctly
- Assist servers with table setup, clearing and resetting
- Keep service stations stocked, clean and tidy
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and floor teams during busy periods
- Follow hygiene, safety and presentation standards at all times
Culinary
Commis I/Commis II
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to the standards set by the chefs
- Assist chefs with daily mise en place and food preparation
- Follow recipes, portion controls and plating guidelines consistently
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen section in line with food safety rules
- Handle stock, storage and labelling correctly and reduce wastage
Front Office
Lobby Ambassador
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors as they enter the lobby
- Share information about the hotel, its outlets and Dubai attractions
- Assist guests with directions, transport and special requests
- Support the front desk and bell team during busy arrival and departure times
- Keep the lobby area presentable, welcoming and guest friendly
Front Office Agents
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel system
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests and complaints with a positive attitude
- Process payments, deposits and billing accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments for guest needs
- Maintain accurate guest records and clear shift handover notes
Requirements
Food & Beverage
Outlet Supervisor (Italian Restaurant Experience)
- Previous experience as a supervisor or captain in a hotel or restaurant, ideally in Italian or fine-casual dining
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of F&B service standards, menu items and food safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Waiters & Waitresses
- Previous waiter or waitress experience preferred; motivated beginners with a great attitude are welcome to apply
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
- Neat grooming and professional presentation

Bartender/Barista
- Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a hotel, bar, lounge or café
