About the Role The Lounge by Limited is hiring Waiters to join its front-of-house team ahead of opening at Nad Al Sheeba Mall, Dubai. As a Waiter, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering attentive, friendly service and helping guests navigate a menu designed to set the culinary tone for the area. This role suits candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building rapport with guests, and want to be part of a brand-new hospitality concept from AP&Co. Hospitality, growing their career from the very first day of operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly and accurately.
• Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the guest’s visit.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and upsell.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.

Requirements

• Previous waitering experience in a restaurant or lounge setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
