Spa Therapist (Male/Female) – Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to introduce a new era of luxury wellness in Dubai, inspired by authentic Banya traditions and elevated modern hospitality. As part of our pre‑opening team, we are seeking skilled, passionate, and guest‑focused Spa Therapists (Male/Female) who will deliver exceptional treatments and contribute to a serene, restorative guest experience.
This role requires individuals who are deeply knowledgeable in spa therapies, attentive to guest needs, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. You will play a key role in shaping the wellness journey at Sacra — ensuring every treatment is delivered with precision, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of professional spa treatments, massages, and wellness therapies
  • Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness at all times
  • Manage product usage, inventory, and equipment according to brand standards
  • Provide personalized recommendations and promote spa services and wellness programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury spas, wellness resorts, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocols
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and guest‑service etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a calm demeanor
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
