Duties & Responsibilities
Barista
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to brand standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Deliver a warm, memorable coffee experience to every guest at the counter
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar and workstation
- Manage stock levels of coffee, milk, and consumables, and flag reordering needs
Waiter
- Greet, seat, and guide guests through the menu with friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar
- Serve orders efficiently while maintaining table presentation and pacing
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor issues professionally and calmly
- Reset and prepare tables for the next guests, keeping the dining area clean and organized
Cashier
- Process guest payments accurately via POS, including cash, card, and digital methods
- Issue receipts, handle refunds, and reconcile the till at the start and end of shifts
- Support front-of-house flow during peak hours by coordinating with baristas and waiters
- Respond to billing questions and resolve discrepancies quickly and courteously
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and report any irregularities to the supervisor
Requirements (All Positions)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Age: 20–29 years old
- Presentable with a professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure
- Detail-oriented
