Duties & Responsibilities
Front Office Supervisor
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations in coordination with the reservations team.
- Prepare shift reports and ensure accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
Receptionist – Russian Speaker
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communicate with Russian-speaking guests to ensure clear, personalized service.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest queries regarding hotel services and local information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments and invoicing.
Waiter / Waitress – Russian Speaker
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations, including to Russian-speaking guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to hotel standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor concerns, escalating when necessary.
Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Restock room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist with laundry handling and inventory of cleaning supplies.
Chambermaid
- Perform daily cleaning, dusting, and tidying of guest rooms and suites.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring rooms meet luxury presentation standards.
- Ensure guest privacy and security while servicing rooms.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor on room status and turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, storage areas, and housekeeping trolleys.
Company Hotel Driver
- Safely transport guests, staff, and materials to and from designated locations.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
- Follow scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, including airport transfers where required.
- Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and hotel transportation policies.
Requirements
Front Office Supervisor
- Previous experience in a front office supervisory or senior receptionist role, preferably in a hotel/serviced apartment setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, guest-focused, and able to work flexible shifts.
Receptionist – Russian Speaker
- Prior experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar guest-facing role.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation and PMS systems is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Waiter / Waitress – Russian Speaker
- Previous experience in F&B service, ideally in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Housekeeping Attendant
- Prior housekeeping experience, hotel or serviced apartment background preferred.
