Member Experience Manager – Wellfit Masaar
Wellfit Masaar is looking for a Member Experience Manager to lead the team responsible for the day-to-day feel of the club — the warmth, responsiveness, and consistency that turns first-time visitors into loyal members. You’ll design onboarding, retention, and engagement programs from scratch as part of our pre-opening team, and set the service standards that the rest of the club will follow. This role involves hands-on people leadership: coaching front-line staff, resolving escalated member concerns, and monitoring satisfaction to continuously improve how the club runs. It’s ideal for someone who has led a member- or guest-facing team before, in fitness, hospitality, or premium retail, and who genuinely enjoys building service culture rather than just maintaining one. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the member experience team to deliver a consistently welcoming, high-quality club experience
- Design and implement member onboarding, retention, and engagement programs
- Handle escalated member queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor member satisfaction scores and implement service improvements
- Train and coach front-line member experience staff on service standards
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a member-facing or guest-facing team, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or premium retail
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
