1. Guest Relations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest relations team to deliver a seamless, personalized experience for every visitor
- Oversee reservations, VIP handling and guest journey from arrival to departure
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning feedback into service improvements
- Train, coach and motivate front-of-house staff on Aura’s service standards
- Collaborate with events, F&B and marketing teams to align on guest experience initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a guest relations or front-of-house leadership role, ideally in luxury hospitality or lifestyle venues
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Immaculate presentation and a genuine passion for guest service
- Proficiency in reservation/POS systems; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts
2. Events Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute private events, brand activations and pool-day experiences
- Liaise with clients, vendors and internal departments to ensure flawless event delivery
- Manage event timelines, budgets and logistics from proposal to post-event wrap-up
- Prepare event proposals, floor plans and run sheets for the operations team

3. Marketing Coordinator
