This upcoming fashion café will be the brand’s first venture into a food-led experience, blending a soon-to-be-revealed fashion brand’s identity with AP&Co.’s signature hospitality touch. AP&Co. Hospitality is currently seeking a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Barista, and Waiter to join this launch team in one of Dubai’s most prestigious retail and lifestyle destinations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Chef de Partie
- Manage and run an assigned kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating presentation set by the Head Chef
- Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate ordering needs to the kitchen management
- Train and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants within the section
Commis Chef
- Assist section chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines consistently
- Support with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries according to FIFO standards
- Learn and develop culinary techniques under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
Barista
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other menu drinks to brand standard
- Deliver a warm, engaging guest experience at the coffee counter
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of espresso machines, grinders, and workstations
- Manage beverage stock levels and report shortages to the outlet manager
- Uphold consistent quality and presentation across every drink served
Waiter
- Greet, seat, and guide guests through the menu with product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
- Deliver attentive, friendly service throughout the guest’s dining experience
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor concerns professionally and promptly
- Support with table setup, resets, and maintaining floor cleanliness during service
Requirements
Chef de Partie
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a quality restaurant or café
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational standards
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- UAE hospitality/F&B experience preferred
Commis Chef
- 1–2 years’ kitchen experience, ideally within a restaurant, café, or hotel environment
- Basic culinary skills and willingness to learn new techniques
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work across different kitchen sections as needed
Barista
- Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee shop, café, or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages and latte art is a plus
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
- Attention to detail in presentation and beverage consistency
Waiter
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented
- Basic English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage
